Welcome to Wedodel (referred throughout this agreement as the “Site”). Wedodel provides services to its clients and customers subject to the following terms, conditions and provisions.

Wedodel reserves the right to change this Terms of Use from time to time, in whole or in part, without notice to you. You should check back often so you are aware of your current rights and responsibilities. Your continued use of this website after changes to the Terms of Use have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms of Use. If at any time the Terms of Use are not acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of this website.

USER – SELLER RELATIONSHIP

The sole relationship between Wedodel and the user is a “user-seller” relationship. No other relationship, including without limitation, any agent-principal relationship, any employee-employer relationship, any franchisee-franchisor relationship, any joint venture relationship or any partnership, between Wedodel and you as the user exists.

PRICING AND CONTENT INFORMATION

While Wedodel strives to provide accurate pricing information, typographical errors may occur. Wedodel cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Wedodel shall have the right, at its discretion, to update our product’s prices at any time without further notice. In the event that an item is mispriced, Wedodel may, in its discretion, update the item price to its proper price at any time without further notice. If you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, Wedodel may, in its discretion update the price of that item in your Order List.

ORDERING AND PROCESSING

Wedodel accepts and collects orders 24 hour a day, seven days a week. Once an order has been made, these orders shall be processed and prepared for delivery immediately depending on the delivery time selected by the user.

There are instances where a purchase order cannot be processed immediately or is delayed. Wedodel shall require you to provide additional data or information or verification before we accept or before we process and deliver your order. Wedodel and its Site reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any given time.

In case the products you ordered are unavailable in our inventory, Wedodel Grocery reserves the right to replace such product with the same brand but with different variation or a different brand with equal or greater value ensuring that you get quality and value for your money.

ONLINE PAYMENT USING PAYPAL

Wedodel uses PayPal in accepting credit and debit card payments. PayPal is the most popular and trusted online payment service in use today.

The PayPal site is highly secure. PayPal use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.

PayPal is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. When you send or request money using PayPal, Wedodel never see your bank account numbers or credit card numbers. They only see your email address, date of sign-up, and whether or not you have completed PayPal’s Verification process.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is delivered (except for orders, including pre-orders, paid for with a Gift Card, eGift Card or Vouchers which are charged at the time you place your order, not when your order is delivered). Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge.

RETURNS POLICY

To have the product purchased at Wedodel returned/exchange, please contact us at Facebook Page or Website Messenger. No monetary refunds shall be given.

Customer must specify his name, order number and a brief explanation as for the reason for return/exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping back costs. No returns will be accepted without Wedodel’s prior confirmation via email for the acceptance of the return.

If there are noticeable damages or factory defects to the item upon delivery, DO NOT accept the item. Once you accept the item, it is already considered sold. We charge a handling fee for returned items, 10% of the item price or P50, whichever is greater.

Only returns and exchanges made in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations shall be honored by Wedodel.

Defective items must be returned within three (3) business days from the date of delivery and should be in its original condition.

MERCHANDISE CONTENT

Wedodel attempts to be accurate in its product descriptions. However, it does not warrant that the product descriptions or other Content of this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you find a product is not described accurately, your sole remedy is to let our delivery team know right away and return it as-is. Once our delivery team leaves your premises, the item is considered sold. We shall have the right to cancel, refuse or not to accept any such orders regardless of the order confirmation status and whether your credit card charged or not.

TRADEMARKS

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on this website are the property of Wedodel or their respective owners. You are not permitted to use these items without the prior written consent of Wedodel or their respective owners.

All intellectual property rights in the Site, may it be registered or not, all information, Site Content, website design which includes but not limited to, text, graphics, photos, videos, music, songs, sounds, software, information, source codes, and any software or applications used in this Site shall remain as Wedodel property.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, republish, store, re-transmit, alter, modify, distribute, make public use thereof, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, disassemble or try to locate source code, of the content of this website and any software or applications used by Wedodel in connection with this website, except as explicitly otherwise authorized by Wedodel. Any use of trademarks and logos is strictly forbidden without the owner’s written authorization.

This site is protected by copyright as a collective work under Philippines copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.

JURISDICTION

The products and services described in this website are only offered for sale where they may be legally offered for sale.

By accessing this website, you agree that the laws in force in the Philippines applicable therein shall govern your use of this website. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines and to waive any objections based upon venue. Moreover, you hereby also agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines with respect to any disputes arising from the use of this website.
